摘要：
Rovibrational matrix elements of the multipole moments Q(L) of H-2 up to rank 10 have been computed. The results are used to correlate the absorption intensities of the recently measured Delta J = 6, 8 zero-phonon transitions in solid para-H-2 to theory.
