A Grey Correlation and Topsis Based Evaluation Method on Main Electric Connection of New Generation Smart Substation

摘要
With the construction of new generation smart substation, traditional main electric connection of substation also need to be impoved, evaluation work should change accordingly. To evaluate the main electric connection of new generation smart substation, a method based on a Grey Correlation and Topsis is proposed. By overcoming shortcomings that traditional Topsis method cannot reflect the situational changes of data sequence, This method systematically combine the Topsis and grey correlation constructing a new kind of relative degree index as a standard of evaluating. The reliability and the advancement of the method is verified in the relevant case.
