摘要
With many other product development tools, Template for Sustainable Product Development (TSPD) has now been introduced in product and service system in many industries. TSPD is now being tested in corporate sectors and several industries in some regions of the world. The generic use of TSPD in an organization is aimed to revise product development and its customers' services through continuous dialogue process. Moreover, in order to fulfill the actual technical and environmental objectives in the company, common sustainability approaches can be derived from the perspectives of integrating TSPD into both the corporate management and environmental services. In following those achievements, the services of TSPD connect to the implications of the whole industrial management services. Study shows that the use of TSPD serves not only for the product development from the business point of view, but also stimulates the existing organizational policies and the whole process recommends some technical and environmental activities to satisfy the overall sustainability needs. Likewise, the study also demonstrates that how this product development tool can be established suitably as an administrative tool for a respective product addressing continuous process of the total sustainability management initiatives.
