摘要
A 100m/40Gbps 680-nm VCSEL-based LiFi transmission system employing three-stage injection- locked technique and doublet lens scheme is proposed. With the assistance of LNA and CDR, low BER of < 10(-9) at 100m/40Gbps operation is obtained. (C) 2016 Optical Society of America
