摘要
We report a case of a 50-year-old patient with bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis of the jaws (BRONJs) whose symptoms included severe pain and hemimandibular paraesthesia. The treatment included resection of necrotic bone and the application of plasma rich in growth factors (PRGF (R)-Endoret (R)). We closed the ulcer in the soft tissue and her pain and paraesthesia improved. One year postoperatively sensitivity was totally recovered, pain was absent and bone was partially regenerated.
