Study on the Third Party Logistics Service (3PLs) Provider Selection based on Fuzzy Petri Net (FPN)

摘要
Based on the definition of the Fuzzy Petri Net, this paper provides the corresponding relationship between the 3PLs provider evaluation index system and Fuzzy Petri Net evaluation model, and according to the relationship, the Fuzzy Petri Net evaluation algorithm is presented. Lastly, a practical calculation is carried out. The result is consistent with both other methods and the practical choice of the companies, and shows that the fuzzy Petri Net evaluation model is effective in the 3PLs provider selection
