摘要
This paper presents a study of different high frequency transformer winding configurations. Impact of winding configuration on the parasitics is studied. A Finite element analysis solver is used to obtain leakage inductance and winding capacitance. An optimal layout is identified, built for a 1 kVA, 10 kHz prototype and tested in order to the study the performance in terms of efficiency and regulation. It is presented that the optimal layout reduces the parasitics effects. Experimental results of performance show good agreement with the simulation based on model estimation.
