摘要
This paper deals with the problematic of eye tonometer measurements, more specifically the missing universal, independent standard for their routine checks and calibration. The paper furthermore presents the principles and initial results of newly developed standard that has the potential to be used for any non-contact eye tonometer device. The initial test measurements have shown a consistency of the generated pressure with increased divergence measured by tow selected contact and non-contact tonometers.
