摘要
A partial differential system arising in the moisture transport in concrete carbonation modeling is considered. The system consists of a diffusion equation for moisture and an ordinary differential equation accounting for the hysteresis effect appearing in the process. The existence of solutions for this system supplied with suitable initial boundary conditions and having fairly general nonlinear right-hand sides is established. When the dimension of the space domain is one, the uniqueness of a solution is also provided. (C) 2017 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
