摘要：
In this paper, taking the enterprises in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province as the case, firstly, the status quo and problems of the enterprises in Lianyungang city are investigated during establishing learning organizations. Secondly, some experiences obtained from the course of establishing learning organizations are summarized. Thirdly, the present problems existing in the establishing learning organizations are analyzed. Finally, to continue deepening establishing learning organizations, some countermeasures and suggestion with universal significance are put forward.
