摘要
A design and implementation method of radar time domain waveform based on FPGA is presented in this paper, in order to achieve the waveform library building, waveform selection or agility in the transmitter of cognitive radar system. First, the resident phase method and the waveform parameter design method are used to feedback the emission waveform parameters. Then, the DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) technique is used to design the adjustable parameter module. Finally, the variable waveform output is generated by calling the lookup table. Simulation analysis and FPGA implementation show that the results have the advantage of waveform variable, parameters adjustable and having synchronization signal. Traditional signal generator or signal generated methods cannot meet the specific needs of cognitive radar signal processing system test because of the immutable or not applicable waveform. The realization of waveform variability is the first step towards intelligent radar.
