摘要：
The administrative policies and procedures for providing school-based mental health services are described. A distinction is made between mental health services provided in a school-based mental health clinic and those provided in an independent school-based mental health program. Commonalities are described, andissues relevant to both models are discussed. These issues include funding, assessment and resources, program structure, staffing and training, partnership and collaboration, quality assurance, and evaluation.
