摘要
This article mainly analyzes and discusses the The current situation of nanchang preschool teachers stress coping styles and how to improve them.It provides theoretical basis and guidance for optimizing preschool teachers' psychological quality and improving their mental health. Therefore, by using the questionnaire of "Preschool Teachers' stress coping style in Nanchang City", 134 teachers in six kindergartens of different levels in Nanchang were sent out, and the SPSS Statistics 17 statistical software was used to carry out t-tests and variance analysis. The results show that work is the most important source of stress for preschool teachers, and there are significant differences in the coping style of preschool teachers in employer, sex, age, teaching age, marriage and educational level. The following optimization strategies are given: (1) preschool teachers learn to self psychological adjustment; (2) strengthening psychological health education courses in teachers college; (3) paying attention to the development of young kindergarten teachers; (4) increasing social support.
