摘要
It is known that metallo-organic salts synthesized on the basis of nitrated oil hydrocarbons stimulate complete combustion of the fuel in diesel engines(1). The amount of soot in the exhaust gases also decreases substantially(2). There is no general theory explaining that mechanism. This work presents the results obtained from experiments with an IT9-3M one-cylinder diesel engine using stock diesel fuel and fuel modified. by 0.5% nitrated hydrocarbons or magnesium, barium or calcium salts synthesized from them. The parameters of the process were studied. It was found that the role of different additives in initiating the combustion process is different. The fuel consumption for maintaining a normal operating regime was determined. The influence of the cation on the energy liberated in the engine was studied. The composition of the exhaust gases of the different diesel fuels was determined. A mechanism of diffusion combustion of liquids which are not mixed beforehand was suggested.
