摘要：

Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD) and Parkinson's disease (PD) can be attributed to the specific degeneration of neuronal cells in the brain. However, the natures and action modes of toxic species remain largely unknown. Here, we present a simple and fast method for the preparation of neurotoxic complex with alpha-synuclein, which is implicated in PD. (c) 2013 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
