摘要
The voltage source driver is widely used in a conventional drive circuit of PFC converter, where the fixed parameters of drive circuit couldn't optimize the switching loss of power switches. In view of this problem, one adaptive turn-off method of power switch for PFC converter is proposed, in which the turn-off current could be regulated adaptively with the input voltage changed periodically. The design principle is in reference to the voltage spike of the power switch under the peak input voltage, and making sure the voltage spike wouldn't be higher than that in other time. In this paper, firstly, the proposed drive method is presented. Then, the switch turn-off process is discussed. Finally, the adaptive turn-off drive circuit is designed and the experimental results verify the theory.
