The aim of this study is to validate the intrascale, made up of 97 items and structured around six dimensions. We carried out a review of the literature on the subject by refering to the model of attitudes and planned action of Ajzen and Madden (1986). Subsequently, the factorial validity was applied both globally and intraescaling. Reliability was studied through the Cronbach alpha procedure on a sample of 262 people. The results show the existence of five factors explained 78.51% of the total variance and high reliability (alpha = 0.886). This data shows that the Scale of Attitudes Towards Employment brings together the essential qualities of such instruments and constitutes a valid tool for assessing attitudes in the field of job placement.
