摘要
This paper introduces the Service Platform for Reconfigurable and Intelligent services in Next Generation mobile communication (SPRING) as a next generation mobile service platform. The SPRING is designed with focusing on implementation of user-centric and service-oriented paradigm of next generation mobile services. In detail, the SPRING is designed for the purpose of supporting various indispensable functions of next generation mobile services such as context awareness, personalization, service mobility, service adaptation, identity management, profile management, platform federation and security. As a result, the context information management which is a key function for providing user-centric and service-oriented mobile service can be realized with the SPRING, The SPRING is also designed to be capable to manage service connections between service providers and users using newly developed functions such as service discovery, registration and delivery, and supports seamless service mobility via session and user management functions.
