摘要：
The soft strength of college students for employment is an organic component of the comprehensive strength of college students for employment, and core competitiveness for employment. In recent years, as the number of college graduates is continuously rising, the pressure for employment is also increasing, which urgently requests the college students to improve their soft strength for employment, thus enhance their comprehensive strength for employment.
