摘要：
Knowledge service platform provides a wide range of knowledge sources for knowledge service, knowledge tools, interactive tools and service means. On the basis of expounding the knowledge service's connotations, modes and requirements, this paper analyzes and defines the notions and functions of the knowledge service platform, proposes a concept model, gives a constructing structure of the knowledge service platform, and it discusses the key technologies to construct the system and the basic components of the knowledge service platform organizational environment
