Electrical conduction and EL mechanism of organic light-emitting diodes with hole-blocking layer

摘要
Hole-blocking layers play an important role of achievement of high-efficiency OLEDs. However, some OLEDs with hole-blocking layer show strange and interesting behaviors. The conduction and EL mechanisms of OLED using BAlq and BCP are discussed.
