Research and development of the GHG control technologies in China

摘要
Research & Development on greenhouse gas control technology is a very important policy and measures addressing the climate change. The article 2 of the Kyoto Protocol encourages Parties to the Convention to promote R&D of carbon dioxide sequestration technologies. As one of the parties of Convention, China takes an active part in the effort in preventing the global change climate, taking into account the shared but differentiated responsibilities under the Convention. With the limitation of the fond, the progress of the research and development on greenhouse gas control technologies is making slow in China. This paper will briefly introduce the China's policies and measures responding to the climate change, describe the present status of the greenhouse gas control technology research and development, and provides some questions on the mechanisms.
