RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT OF THE CORRECT WAY TO PROSPERITY COMPANIES

Over the last twenty years in business, nobody has paid attention to good management skills, the main reason being to keep costs low and to maximise the profit for the shareholders, who were in fact, the owners. The Czech social and business spheres went through many significant changes. In times of small and large privatization and also the establishment of private enterprise, there was predominately a social irresponsibility rather than a responsibility. At present, the management of small and middle sized companies is not convinced about the necessity of implementing a long term strategy within their company. It is very difficult for them to realize the importance of good management.
