摘要
This article is devoted to theoretical substantiation and development of efficient hardware and software system based on the concept of cloud computing with the use of modern means of telecommunication and communication. Models of user access to IS resources with multimedia applications are designed and presented in the article, they enable us to investigate and optimize load management, to improve the performance of the "cloud" system that is involved when placing multimedia applications and its components in terms of physical limitations of computing resources. The developed model describes the non-uniform flow of user requests in high-ICs with a serial-to-parallel phases in the queuing system. The model takes into account the features of the components of the "cloud" of the system and to evaluate its main features: download channels, application response time, efficiency of services and the reliability of its components. The developed algorithms for allocation and load balancing, different from the known analogs in that they take into account the amount of resources used, the order of access to different levels of web- applications, and predict behavior of IP-based event-driven approach. The results can be used to solve practical problems in various heavy-media services
