摘要
In order to simplify the production process and improve the quality of buckling-restrained braces (BRB), a kind of full steel assembled BRB is proposed. Utilizing the simplified calculation method, main theoretical formulas are given; while the working process and mechanism of BRB is simulated by finite element analysis (FEA), further more, full-scale test is conducted to verify the results of simplified calculation method and FEA. Results show that the errors of yield force and yield displacement are very small among the simplified calculation method, FEA and test, and the load-displacement hysteretic curve of test and FEA are fitted well. Finally, nonlinear dynamic time history analysis of a buckling-restrained braced frames (BRBF) structure is conducted, and results show that the anti-seismic performance of BRBF is well.
