We deal with the analysis of the results of the entrance examinations for the University of Economics Prague in "Foreign Languages". For the anonymous data acquired from the material submitted for the admission procedure and from the results of the admission tests we carried out the calculation of the basic statistical characteristics and then carried out an analysis of the time series for the years 2010-2012. The level of difficulty of the entrance exams in "Foreign Languages" was unchanged in analyzed period. The most important conclusions are that share of foreign languages at the entrance exam is relatively stable in time, the better results in the admission tests were in the case of foreign students and the declining number of points acquired in time for all applicants. The curve of number of points received by applicants from all types of schools is slightly decreasing.
