摘要
This paper mainly does about the problem of global power-rate stability for complex-valued neural networks(CVNNs) with impulses and delays. Delays considered herein are a kind of pantograph delays, which are unbounded time-varying delays and quite different from the traditional delays such as bounded variable delays or infinity distributed delays. With the help of a nice-established Halanay inequality of pantograph type, two stability criteria on the global power-rate stability of the considered model have been derived based on parallel to center dot parallel to(1) and parallel to center dot parallel to(2) on C-n, respectively. Lastly, two examples with its simulation are presented to illustrate the correctness of the obtained results.
