Present Study Situation and Development Trend of EV HILS

摘要
Because of low cost, high flexibility and high reality, hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) is widely used in the research of electric vehicle (EV). At first, the concept of HILS and the development process of vehicle HILS were introduced; then, enclosing the major research fields of EV, the present study situation and development trend of EV HILS were discussed. The conclusion of the research is that: only by means of modular design and CAN bus technology can we make full use of the advantages of HILS; the quality of hardware used in the simulation also needs to be improved; Moreover, in order to attenuate the error, it would be better to adopt some advanced control strategies and use multi-body dynamics theory to establish components models.
