Management of multiple pregnancies - Where, how and by whom?

Clinical judgment and decision making in multiple pregnancy and birth based on mostly on risk assessment strategy. Unfortunately, evidence based clinical recommendations do not cover wide aspects of multiple pregnancy care. In spite of the problems already now we have quite clear principles based on the different level of evidence those gave us possibility to markedly improve the result of the care in comparison with previous decades.
