摘要
The three-dimensional viewing aids experts by providing a better comprehension about the shape and composition of an organ or structure from the analyzed human body. As three-dimensional ultrasound equipments are still an expensive resource, the main goal of this work is to develop a three-dimensional visualization system, which obtains ultrasound images from two-dimensional equipment. The images should be acquired in B-Mode and they are the source for providing the volume rendering by this system. In this paper initial results using images corresponding to computational Phantoms are shown. The main idea of the visualization system is to provide to the physician not only the surfaces visualization but also to display the fetal internal structures.
