摘要
We discuss single-molecule detection of fluorescently-labeled proteins in solution within a nanochannel fabricated in fused silica. Confocal fluorescence microscopy and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy are employed to monitor the motion of single molecules under electrokinetic control. (C) 2008 Optical Society of America
