Superconducting state around impurities in the high-T-c superconductors is studied using the two-dimensional t-J model for various geometrical configurations. The spatial dependence of the order parameter and the local density of states are calculated by the numerical diagonalization of the Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation derived using the Gutzwiller approximation. Geometrical configuration effect of impurities are studied in detail. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
