摘要
The effects on triglyceride content were studied in calli of Hevea brasiliensis (Mull Arg.) after addition of various amino acids, alone or coupled, to the induction medium. All amino acids allowing a good embryogenic calli production also provided an important increase in the triglyceride content, whereas amino acids with an inhibitory effect: on embryogenesis induced no or little enhancement of the calli triglyceride content.
