摘要
If it wasn't so serious, it would be funny. CCS is in a deep hole in Europe.' Th is is how a report produced by a coalition of environmental organizations supporting the safe and eff ective deployment of CCS sums up Europe's current eff orts to move forward on CCS. © 2013 Society of Chemical Industry and John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
