摘要
This paper studies the problem of evaluating the energy consumption of business star hotels at a particular time. According to the collected data we put forward the STIRPAT model, the results show it can fit the constant relationship well between hotel energy consumption and influence indexes. In order to get the contribution rate of each influence factor and track abnormal factors, we use the LMDI method to decompose energy consumption. The ultimate goal of the study is to establish a reasonable amount of energy consumption, so comparable indicator EUIb is confirmed idler coefficient of EUI is modified. Further, it is important for government to grade the annual energy consumption about equal star hotels according to reasonable value F-1(x(1), ..., x(n)) and advanced value F-2(x(1), ..., x(n)), which are realized by quartile method. For more applicable, time is refined, year is converted to quarterly and monthly by using the integral mean value theorem, so the quota is granulated. Simulation estimations of per month energy consumption of A hotel, the average error rate is 1.683%, then we decompose the influencing factors and get the contribution rate by the LMDI method, the final result is realistic that proves that the model can find the cause of the exception, which is able to provide operational basis for hotel management.
