摘要
Hydrogels due to their unique properties are characterized by a wide range of applications. In presented research a series of hydrogel based on chitosan and modified with nanogold have been prepared by photopolymerization. Based on the research it can be concluded that presented hydrogels are interesting materials that can play a key role in medicine. They are characterized by biocompatibility to simulated physiological fluids and do not show any cytotoxicity to the dermal cells. Furthermore, they are characterized by relatively high sorption capacity. These results show the possibility of the potential use of these hydrogels for biomedical purposes. [GRAPHICS]
