摘要
Customer-side demand response can effectively improve load curve and realize peak shaving in the field of energy consumption. This paper proposes a new customer-side demand response strategy in block bidding markets. For the case of a short load segment has to bear the high cost of power generation, customers' loads which take part in demand response is classified into shiftable loads and detachable loads, and an optimization model of load demands combination is proposed. To solve the problem, a modified Genetic Algorithm is used. The strategy is applied to an actual case. The simulation results show that the combination of load blocks can greatly reduce the purchase price of electricity and verify the efficiency of our proposed strategy.
