摘要：

This paper analyzes the bag-making process and control requirements of paper and yam compounding bag-making machine (PYCBMM). The overall control scheme is established. Configuration software WinCC Flexible 2008, Siemens touch panel MP377, Siemens PLC S7-200, Siemens frequency converter MM440, rotary encoder, color sensor, and other elements are synthetically applied to design the PYCBMM control system. During 12 months commissioning operation, the control system is stable, reliable, and easy to operate. All the technical indices outperform the design requirements.
