摘要
Wastes leaving a waste paper decolorization plant were given: a water and material mass balance were given. A qualitative and quantitative characteristics; heavy metal contents were specified at crucial spots, they were helpful for optimization of concentration and dehydration operations of waste sediments and developing ways to utilize them. The heavy metals in hygiene-grade papers prepared from de-colorized waste paper were much below the permissible levels.
