摘要：
Ranitidine is one of the widely prescribed H-2 receptor antagonists in the treatment of peptic ulcer. It is well tolerated and has few side-effects. Vasculitic rash occurring in association with ranitidine has been described.(1) We report a case of a 39-year-old man who developed a purpuric rash, polyarthritis, abdominal pain, melaena and impaired renal function characteristic of Henoch-Schonlein purpura, following treatment with ranitidine.
