At the era of knowledge-based Economy, the core part of knowledge-based Economy-the measurement and evaluation of intelligence capital, has gradually become one of the points that both theoretical circles and practice sector focus on. In our country, the theoretical research on the measurement and evaluation of intelligence capital is still limited while its specific utilization is also in sprout period. Based on the analysis of basic definition and essential making up factors, this essay has analyzed and compared several intelligence capital measurement and evaluation methods in relatively forward position in the world, and elaborated the part of intelligence which should be further perfected.
