摘要
In this paper, we proposed a location planning model for electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. First, according to the central theory, we took charging requirements, charging modes, charging station construction goals, charging station operating mode, road network planning, charging station service radius, grid planning and policy as influencing factors. In summary, the model is applicable to countries with different geography, wealth distribution and population density. At the same time, we hybridized Maximum coverage model (MCLP), P-Median, Truncated-allocation model. (FCLM) and the decision variables to construct the Layout of EV charging station "3+1" model. We used the main objective method to solve the development distribution of South Korean charging stations and draw the density map. We solved the multi-objective programming model of each stage using hierarchical sequence method.
