摘要：
The enterprise growth process is a process that making the system orderly and make the system orderly degree raising continuously through the dissipative structure. Property rights system change has become one of the key tools to breakthrough family enterprise growth "bottleneck". I introduced the analysis of the equilibrium of supply and demand, thinking that family enterprise's internal "Demand Induced" and external "Supply Constraints", both balanced process is the growth process of enterprises.
