摘要：

It successfully applies the method of interdisciplinary research, and it conducts a mathematical model to analyze. Risks of intellectual property rights, which enterprises confront during international operations, are comprehensively analyzed from political, legal, economic, market, technology, culture and operations management aspects. And on this base, a financial method about analyzing risks of security investments is proposed, and the mathematical model concerning the risks of intellectual property rights during international operations of enterprises is established, then a quantitative analysis is conducted. It comes to a conclusion that risks of intellectual property rights can be measured. The model is of great importance for enterprises to do with precaution, protection and management of intellectual property rights accurately.
