Energy inputs during an increase of the organic matter content in soil

摘要
For the non-deficit almost optimum regime in the theoretical balance model of the organic matter input into soil, a soil treatment by stubble-field intercrops growing for the green manuring whit a subsequent ploughing-out of the entire produced biomass was developed. Two agricultural systems (i.e. the integrated and the organic system) were compared in two variants of fertilization as well in two variants of soil cultivation. By accepting the above measures, the organic matter input into soil was increased by 1.61 t.ha(-1) in the integrated system and by 2.18 t.ha(-1) in the organic system. By developing the energy analysis of the above measures, it was found out that it was necessary to add in excess of 0.86 GJ.ha(-1) of supplementary energy per hectare in the integrated system and 0.76 GJ.ha(-1) of supplementary energy per hectare in the organic system. In the case proposed the overall dry matter production is almost the same, the energy efficiency being by 23.37% higher and the energy consumption for a production of 1 t of dry matter being by 22.62% lower in the organic system than in the integrated one.
