摘要：
This paper presents our continuous-time ffierarchical Field Programmable Analogue Array (HFPAA) to explore rapid prototyping for analogue systems design. Our HFPAA design is based on our continuous-time CAB, which has minimum dependence on external passive components and highly flexible v in internally reconfiguring a range of analogue functions. Results from our HFPAA fabricated in AMS 0.6 mu m CMOS process are also included, which demonstrates the feasibility in extending our HFPAA design for prototyping of complex analogue systems.
