摘要：
Resistance-temperature, thermal sensitivity (B), temperature coefficient (alpha), non-lineal I-V dependence, and dissipation ractor (delta) in cobaltites and manganites are settle down and its possible application like NTC sensor of temperature or inrush current limiting device is discussed.
