摘要
With the development of IT technology, Business Continuity Management (BCM) should improve to become the most important assurance of E-learning. Improvement model of BCM has seven parts: scope of business continuity management, environmental analysis, risk assessment, business continuity management strategy design, business continuity plan design, training implementation and maintenance, testing and assessment of BCM. Improvement model of business continuity management aims to ensure business continuity and reduce the cost. It can ensure business continuity capabilities and help organizations to confirm key factors affecting business development and the possible threats.
