摘要
Simulation of production processes involves a complete accounting of all operations. This set of operations and interoperational intervals determine the success of the workshop and its competitiveness. The constructed model will allow you to find the best technical design solution but not just to perform an economic task. The technical solution takes into account the quality of cast sections, operation resistance of the equipment, its maintainability, the ability to update technical units. It is relevant to apply this concept to the molding-pouring-knockout department of the foundry using the Plant Simulation program, which is aimed at optimizing the operation and machine loading. The purpose of the work is to achieve the most effective indicators of equipment performance. The example of a foundry section illustrates the possibility of achieving the most effective performance indicators of machines without the need for significant financial investments.
