摘要
According to the current situation of the operation management of urban water supply in China, introducing the computer technology, information technology and the theory of decision supporting system into optimal dispatching of urban water supply. With the aid of adoption of GIS and integration technology of mathematic models, we have established the decision support, system of water supply dispatching based on GIS. Taking the example of Zhengzhou's water supply, whose aim is to establish the water supply system, with a view to saving the fees for water supply at the same time. On the premise that the facilities of supplying water safely, regulating water supply reasonably, and satisfying the customers' requirements for water quantity and pressure, the paper takes advantage of system analysis and model, quantitative analysis of the whole process of production was done, and then put forward the new way to fulfilling the operation management of urban water supply so as to promote the efficiency of the operation management of urban water supply greatly. The research result shows that decision support system of water supply dispatching based on GIS can not only store various kinds of water supply information conveniently, but also it can store the optimal decision-making result in the system in the form of database in advance which could shorten the time of optimizing the decision greatly. In the meantime, the system can predict the dispatching water quantity in the water, supply pipeline accurately and provide the reliable operation parameters for the dispatching person. It can ensure the safety of the operation of the pipe network as well as improving the social and economic benefits of the water supply enterprises. The paper also does the further exploration of the application of optimized technology in water supply dispatching.
